Wendy Duncan and Marlin Williford, co-founders of Barker Flood Prevention, started this advocacy group with the goal of obtaining immediate and substantial flood control solutions for Barker Reservoir, both the upstream and downstream, as well as the Greater Houston Area. Marlin also serves as a committee member of Harris County Flood Prevention Advocacy Group. He is also the acting President of Nottingham Country Fund HOA. Wendy Duncan serves as a Director at Willow Fork Drainage District and is a member of Houston Stronger.
